Payment
Cash with order except for authorised credit account customers. Credit terms are strictly 30 days. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances.

Delivery
UK Mainland - Next working day

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore islands – delivery times will be advised at time of ordering.

Goods are usually despatched on the day of receipt of order.
Any shortages will be notified to you.

Items marked Direct Delivery will be delivered direct from the manufacturer.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered within the stated time, no liability can be accepted for any delays.

VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT, which must be added to the Sub Total when calculating payment.

Persons wishing to claim exemption from VAT on goods purchased must enclose the documents required by Customs and Excise with their order. Click here for a VAT form (PDF 71k)

Please confirm that items are eligible for exemption before claiming.

Claims
For shortage and damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods, or for non-delivery within 28 days of order date, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Goods returned
If you wish to return any item, please ensure that it is well packed and is returned, unused, within 7 days of receipt. Please quote your customer reference number and invoice number.

In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to accept for return any items of a personal nature. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods sold
By Medipost shall remain the property of Medipost until paid for, in full, by the buyer.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and carriage (where applicable).
