The Reflect Replacement Mattress comprises two layers; yellow high risk and grey medium risk. The mattress is intended to ‘wean’ patients from a very high risk dynamic system gradually to a normal divan mattress as their condition improves.
For example, the yellow, high risk side is used for two weeks followed by the grey, medium risk, side for the next two weeks. The patient should then be able to return to a low risk or normal divan mattress.
